sealed windows damp smell
i was a little disappointed by the sealed windows they looked quite bad given how nice the place is also i felt there was a slight damp smell maybe from condensation it wasn't very pleasant i did mention it to someone but nothing happened about it the breakfast was alright but nothing special really

charming stay
spacious room unlimited tea
the superior king room i had was beautiful and spacious. unlimited tea and coffee were available, a big bonus. the location proved to be very convenient (i used a super short ride to get to the bullring).
the code operated door did not work upon arrival. nobody was on site for twenty minutes to give me a key. the sink in my room reminded me of uni (not the best memory).

The staff provided amazing service. They were very helpful and friendly. communication was good, even though the place is unmanned for some time. the touch of fresh milk in the reception area, where you can get coffee and water, is very nice.

the breakfast had a good choice and was in a nice setting. there is a very nice pub next door, with a good choice for breakfast.

the communal areas were super clean and very comfortable. they feature contemporary furnishings. the hotel is located on a nice, quiet road, well back from the street. access to fresh milk is available in the reception area.

The room included bath salts and high-quality toiletries! The location is great. It has plenty of parking spaces. The breakfast was delicious (I loved the options!).
The sink in my room looked a bit dated, honestly.
